I’m a new patient at this practice and had an excellent first experience. I haven't had any restorative work done yet, but Dr. Song has a wonderful bedside manner—friendly, kind, and patient in listening to your concerns. The office is nicely renovated and the staff is sweet. Mira, the hygienist, was very thorough and accommodating. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trusted general dentist in Willowbrook.
Dr. Song is a rare gem. He is a gifted dentist that has a gentle voice and approach to his patients. He truly cares. His office is modern and welcoming. The ladies behind the desk are helpful and kind. Our hygienist is named Tess. Tess is so friendly, welcoming, and has amazing attention to detail. I asked her to be extra gentle and she was.
