I happily drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Smoley because he is one of the most conscientious and thorough physicians I've ever had. (Since my father was a well-respected surgeon and I also worked in healthcare, my bar is very high.) Dr. Smoley listens, understands, and respects my concerns and follows up almost immediately to any MyChart messages. Doctors like him are a rare find, and I am so happy that I found him!
Excellent doctor from clinical expertise to communication. He treats the whole patient, not just one presenting symptom and has a great support staff. I can't say enough about his genuine caring and knowledge. A 5+ for this family.
He is *so responsive by message that I barely need to go in. But when I do he's super thorough, caring, and explains everything.
