The day of consultation, Dr. Smith acted as if he didn't know which tooth needed to be extracted. The day of procedure, Dr. Smith was having a very hard time extracting my tooth. In the process of extracting my tooth, he chipped 2 other teeth. Instead of informing me of the damage he caused, he took the drill & proceeded to grind away the damage he caused. I was only able to ascertain what had happened once I got home and removed the gauze. Avoid this Doctor!
