Great customer service! Super responsive. Brian and his team have a lot of insurance experience and are always super helpful and responsive when I have a question or any issues. I was able to save money and increase my coverages by switching to Brian’s office.

Never responded to our request to review our policies. When we cancelled and saved over $400 monthly, still no response.
I worked personally with Courtnie Jackson in the Plano office. I needed to triple my renter's insurance and wanted to go with someone who was hands on and VIP customer service oriented. I was so impressed I changed my auto insurance even though I was not planning on it. I hope to do future business with Courtnie and highly recommend her to ladies in their 60's with busy lives that just want this process to go as smoothly and quickly as possible.
