Doctor was Very patient & listened . Good bedside manner.
I love Dr. Shay and Dr. Wang they are phenomenal. I am not impressed with the nurse and front desk staff. Dr. Shay's nurse was very rude and made me feel like I was a burden being there. When I checked out I had the same experience with the front desk. I had to get scheduled for an X-ray and she just handed me a paper that had no instructions. I had to ask what I was supposed to do next. She too acted like communicating was a burden. Would have been great to have people there who understand they are dealing with humans.
