Dr. Shackles is one of the most caring physicians I have ever had , when my family has an emergency he left home and came to see about my family member , you don't find that anymore in these current days , I'm forever grateful to have him as my PCP , he listens he cares , he is relatable and a man of faith.
My experience with Dr. Shackleford has been phenomenal! In addition to professionalism, he’s personable, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. He's knowledgeable and thoroughly explains your plan of care. He's also an advocate of prevention which is a plus. He is the best partner in healthcare anyone can ask for.
