A year post op total knee replacement and I could not be happier with it. Dr. Seng and his staff are excellent. I have full function and have no limitations on what I can do. Their recovery protocols helped me to have a quicker recovery and they stay in touch with you through the whole process.
I was seen on time by the nurse and she was professional, friendly and helpful. The doctor was exactly what you would want. He reviewed my X-ray and CTScan and was thorough with his examination and explanation of my problem and the options available. I understood everything he said.
After such highly recommended and highly anticipated appointment. I was greeted by the best staff yes but Dr Seng left me thinking what’s next..? Walked out of the room brushing me off saying he can recommend me to a colleague. After going to him for a second opinion he went based off the previous notes, from previous doctor. I was not pleased from this outcome. Never in my medical career have I seen a doctor leave the patient with no answers.
I had both hips replaced and was extremely well cared for through out the entire process.
