When you go and see a new physician you generally think that the physician has common sense. But in this case I feel that Dr Schactman lacks just that. When a doctor refuses to dispense a medication that a patient has been on for 13 years and throws them to an unneeded specialist because they don't want to deal with it, they refuse to understand that people have limitations on their income and large copays.
