I have had good experiences at the Columbiana location. The staff is courteous and efficient, the waiting area is segregated for sick and well and the exam rooms are clean. In my first visit with Dr. Sanchez, he was aware of my current health issues, (lending credence to him having reviewed my history) and was respective of my questions. He provided explanation of continuing treatments and any changes he made to them. He was also personable.
Not as professional as to what I’m used to. Disappointing.
