Brian has been our insurance agent for many years. We have Car, Home, Umbrella and life policies with him. Whenever we need any changes to a policy, Brian and his team are on it quickly and efficiently. We had one instance where I neglected to request a change on our mortgage policy and was on a deadline. I've been with Brian since ~2006. He's always been honest, trustworthy, responsive, not pushy, and an all-around relatable guy. Country has backed me up through numerous rental, home, and auto claims, some my fault, some not. I've never had an outcome where I wasn't satisfied. I've shopped for lower pricing every so often, but the juice is never worth the squeeze.
