He gave me misleading information and after a whole year of rescheduling while still in the jail he said to go with the state offer. He is a good talker to get your money but after that he acts as if he doesn't know you anymore. Look up in name in Pinellas County Records for free. You will see he was sued and all the cases that ended like shit.

Don't hire Brian without doing your research. He talks a good game. He will tell you a plan in where he is friends with the state attorney. When you ask if he has spoken to the state attorney for any negotiations he will always mention how he could not reach them. He makes you feel as though you get a fighting chance. He will continuously reset the dates for your pre-trials. Once, he gets the entire payment he will try and get you to change your plea and just go with what the state is telling you. mr. pinngor took my money and would not come and see me when i was arrested after repeated calls to his office, so i had to get another attorney and now he will not return my money, i am filing charges with the Bar Assoc. for un ethical practice.
