Brian tried to code into my WELLNESS checkup that he looked at my ears, which resulted in a bill of $130. Less than 5 minutes in the room and this guy tried to code it as swimmers ear despite no paperwork, no diagnosis, no medicine. Specifically asked if everything was covered by my insurance and was told yes. I've now spent an hour on hold with his billing team trying to dispute it. DO NOT GO TO MERCY ONE CLINIC

Dr. Rafferty is absolutely AMAZING! He truly cares about his patients and their situations. He is probably one of the very rare people in the medical field that actually has compassion and empathy for their patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients get the individualized care they need. I honestly cannot even describe how amazing he and his nurses are! They really took such great care of me.
