I had a horrible experience with a scheduled appointment! My primary physician, Dr. Charles Kilo, referred me to make an appointment with Dr. Wallace, for my right shoulder injury. It was impossible to make an appointment after talking to three different people for an hour in his office, including the supervisor. As a result, nothing happened and they would not make an appointment for me to see Dr. Brian Wallace. They were extremely unprofessional and it was a complete waste of my time! Scheduling has been outsourced to India and they're recording your voice using AI so that the schedulers can understand what the caller is saying. This is a shame. Edit in response to office's comment: I have been a patient for over a year and had a Reverse Shoulder Replacement for by Dr. Wallace. The problem is the outsourced scheduling department in what sounds like India, due to the accent, and you right away are notified that you're being recorded by Chat AI.
