Entire staff at Long Island Institute has always been great -- friendly, very efficient, timely, and cooperative. Dr. Wallace explained a full range of options so I could work with him to develop a treatment before proceeding to the surgical option. A very comfortable experience.

Dr Wallace is an amazing orthopedic surgeon! He has your best interest at heart and is very upfront, kind, considerate and always listens to what you have to say. I am so happy that I found him years ago!!!
Everyone at JRI is great. Dr. Wallace has an outstanding bedside manner and always takes time to explain everything to you. His medical assistant is also excellent. You add on top of that Dr. Biggs who is fantastic. Dr. Beebe and all the support staff. JRI is the place for orthpedics.
