When Untch entered the exam room he said he was not the right doctor for my case and the scheduler had made a mistake. I wondered why he hadn't contacted the scheduler to correct the mistake and avoid this unnecessary encounter. He chatted a bit and said his staff would get me in touch with the right doctor.
