UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR AND STAFF. After doing much research I Made a new patient appointment six months ago for July 3. A voicemail was left on my phone after 3 PM on June 23 simply telling me they were canceling my appointment because the doctor decided he no longer wanted to accept new patients And I should just call 412 Drs. Find another doctor if you can. Managment of this office is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Scheduled an appointment in early December 2024 for the earliest appointment they had at the end of May 2025 only to be told called by a staff member, Nema, one month before my appointment, telling me they are overbooked and can not see new patients. This staff member did not direct me to another doctors office, this staff member did not have any excuses on why this happened and did not seem to care that I was waiting for ... read more
Rating is solely based on the front office staff and billing department. They are horrible at their jobs. Can't/wont return phone calls and dont process bills to your insurance correctly.
Dr. Schwab himself is a great doctor. Always pleasant and gives good explanations as to what he's testing for and very open. He always asks if you're okay with the treatment plan and is open to input on any issues. I've been going to him for several years now and he's the best doctor I've ever had.
