Brian was very forthcoming with info and answers to my questions. He explained things in "plain language" and made it easier to understand and interpret. He seemed very concerned and thoughtful regarding me as a person vs me being a number. I cannot thank him enough for making my home buying journey less stressful than I originally thought it would be.
