He has been my doctor since 2013 delivering all my children. I was very upset when I called to make an appointment with him end of last year to find out he was no longer at UT clinic and they wouldn’t let me know if he moved to another one. This happened also when he moved from sweet water. I wanted to use him as my doctor for my last pregnancy.
My fave OBGYN I had 3 before my last and he was the absolute best! He always made me feel comfortable about everything, especially when I was diagnosed with preeclampsia after pregnancy!
He is literally the best OBGYN you will ever find. He delivered both of my kids and if it wasn't for him I would not have been able to execute my plan to have an unmedicated birth. He worked flawlessly with my doula to give me the experience and support I wanted. Also, of course, the nurses on the maternity floor at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land are the GOATS too. I'd give Dr. Heaps a 100/10!
Initially when I moved back to town, I scheduled with a female provider as I thought I’d stick with what I had experienced previously and had good experiences with and would maybe be more comfortable with. I had to be rescheduled and could only get in with Dr. Heaps. I feel lucky things lined up that made me book with him out of necessity because he is a wonderful, gentle provider.
