I've coming to this location for a very long time. Always had good experiences till now... Recently I was in 2 car accident in 8 weeks and had to leave town for 2 weeks. The last time I came in for an emergency pain visit one of the office ladies told me I wasn't welcome back till I paid my 100 dollar balance I forgot I had. It was extremely embarrassing and rude. Do NOT take a senior family member to this guy. Awful and detached from patient care.
I have been with Dr. Cain for 20+ years. One of the few doctors left who doesn't act or seem to be on a time schedule. He always has a wonderful sense of humor and he tells you like it is. I highly recommend Dr. Cain as a Primary care physician.
If you like to wait 45 minutes for your appointment or be mis-diagnosed, this is the place to go! lol This is a joke of a Dr.’s office & no I don’t need a smartass response back :)
