I see Wendy Pribonovich, nurse practitioner and she has been pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have never met s Brian R. Cain, MD, but everyone at the office has been very pleasant and helpful. I recommend them!
I’ve been a patient for years! I had a family emergency today and I called at 1:28pm to let them know I was 20 min late. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. The woman’s response “we will ONLY EXCEPT YOU IF YOU ARE NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE. Otherwise you will have to reschedule”. How many times have I had to sit in Dr Cain’s waiting room because the office was behind? I’ve always patiently waited. I am ALWAYS early, not just on time. And to get this treatment?!
