Brian's office is awesome. Wonderful service and great rates. Every interaction has been wonderful and I always refer my friends and family.
Liars, crooks and thieves. several times, mistakes were made to my policy and nothing was done to right the wrong. I initially went to this office to set up liability insurance. when I received my quote, it felt quite high and I even asked why, and the woman said because I "had never had insurance before".... 3 months later, and over a hundred dollar difference a month I was found out I had actually had FULL coverage for those months, even though I didn't agree to it.
