One Star. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by Brian Phegan. We had a confirmed appointment to inspect a unit, but when I arrived on time, he was nowhere to be found. When I called him, he offhandedly informed me that the unit had actually sold 8 hours earlier. To make matters worse, his excuse for not notifying me was that he "didn't write down my details." Save yourself the wasted trip and find an agent who actually values people's time and keeps basic records. Completely unreliable.

We selected Brian to sell our purpose built home on 3 acres in a prime area after reviewing several larger agents. Although the sale did take longer than expected due to market conditions at the time Brian achieved a positive outcome due to his skill, dedication and extensive knowledge of the industry.
