Quality staff and service. Highly recommend.
Good luck trying to get ahold of them. Took a million calls and messages with no return. Scheduled appointments went missed with no warning. Finally signed up and had to wait a month to get my insurance info. Went to use my insurance and I didn’t exist and had to pay out of pocket. Would NEVER recommend. The number given to me to get my member ID was a scam number saying I won $100. So unprofessional.
I have scheduled 4 different appointments for benefits, left 3 voicemails and attempted to call them over 50 times with no response. The 800# goes to a message system at 2 minutes so you can't wait to speak with someone.
