I have scheduled 4 different appointments for benefits, left 3 voicemails and attempted to call them over 50 times with no response. The 800# goes to a message system at 2 minutes so you can't wait to speak with someone.
Answered all my benefits questions in a friendly, timely manner.
This company is garbage, I sure hope my employer will find another company to deal with next year. I was promised an account summay with the corrected effective date of insurance coverage during open enrollment at my job and never received it. I've emailed the insurance agent Frank Olsen twice but no response from him. Very deceitful and unprofessional to say the least.
