Dr. Flanagan is a wonderful doctor. He's very caring and patient. He listens to all your questions and concerns.
Dr. Flanagan worked his magic on my hip July 2022. I could not be happier with the whole procedure. No pain, I walked out the same day as the surgery and was driving after 3 weeks. It's now 6 weeks later and I just took my first long walk in 3 years. So grateful to him and the whole staff. Addendum: It's now about 1 1/2 years since my surgery. I feel 20 years younger. In July 2023 we were referred to Dr.Flanagan from the E.R at Northwestern Hospital in Woodstock. When we met with Dr. Flanagan, we let him know that we noticed he mostly works with adults. He assured us that he does work with pediatrics and adults. At our appointment he ordered a MRI for my daughter. When we got the results of the MRI, he really did not examine her leg after he reviewed the MRI. He told us he can see everything that he needs to see from the MRI and he sent us to physical therapy. I had my right knee replaced in 2018 by IBJI AT the new Lake Forest Hospital and it was a 3 year trip from hell ! Dr Flanagin Mako surgery was by far a better choice !!!
No issues with my hip replacement. Always accessible with any questions I had. Highly recommend Dr. Flanagan!
