Prompt, cheerful greeting from front desk; I was seen right away by the doctor and then his x-ray technician.
The front desk staff were super nice (and listened kindly while I bragged about how I got hurt, well where... I fell while hiking but I hiked a legit mountain!! And still made it down on my own after getting injured. Woot!) Dr. Van Grouw was very easy to talk to, explained possibilities, answered questions and sent me off to get x-rayed by a very nice radiologist who kept apologizing because she knew the table wasn't comfortable especially for my type of injury.
