I cancelled my appointment 24 hours plus and he is trying to charge my insurance for a visit I never went to because of a family emergency. No call from the office to reschedule, just a message that my insurance will be charged. Good luck with that because I have a different provider and you provided NO service.
Dr McPartland and his staff are fantastic. They have the best bedside manner, and as someone who's extremely anxious with the idea of going to a dentist, they do such a great job of walking you through what they'll be doing, what to expect, and taking your mind off your nerves while providing top notch work. I am so grateful to have found them, and can't imagine going anywhere else. Would very much highly recommend!
