My experience for many years with Dr. Magrane has been excellent. I really appreciate that he listens and spends as much time with me as I need. He creates a partnership between physician and patient and always has a measured holistic approach to treatment. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional.
Dr. Brian Magrane is my PCP for the past 10 years. He is smart, current and compassionate. As his patient, Dr. Magrane detected and treated / or referred me to specialist(s) before the issues became problematic. I am a retiree. I highly recommend Dr. Magrane, and his efficient staff to anyone seeking a top notch physician.
Dr. Magrane is very kind and caring. My waiting room time was only 5 minutes and was immediately seen by his interning medical student, who took my vitals and history. Then, Dr. Magrane spent plenty of time with me during the exam and answered plenty of questions. He is happy to refer you to a specialist, if needed. He was available to me once for a video call when I was sick, which was very convenient.
Dr. Magrane has been a very loyal physician in our community for a very long time. He cares about the long term well being of his patients as much as the short term. He allows Med Students to do rotations and his staff is always very helpful and accommodating....
My mother has been seeing Dr. Magrane for three years. I feel like Dr. Magrane has no interest in getting to know his patients. He just sits down in front of his computer looks at lab results and prescribes medication. No advice on diet and lifestyle. No interest in trying to figure out where symptoms are coming from. Very little warmth or bedside manner and very little sense of humor. We are looking for another doctor who takes some interest in their patient.
