He didn’t really listen when I tried to explain to him my symptoms. He rushed through the visit. Ordered a test for me and then when follow up was done the secretary was extremely rude and sarcastic with me. I have not gone back since.
Dr. Brian Klostermann is the BESTEST most AWESOMEST Dr. I've ever had, I love how he listens, I love how he cares for me, I love that he treats me like a person and not some knock off, A relationship between a patient and a Dr is very important and I will NEVER change or trade Brian Klostermann for another Dr as long as the decision is in my power. Dr. Klostermann is a great Dr...he will definitely work with you and listen...very prompt and professional..he has a great staff and amazing office..Ive been a patient for years and has helped soo much...Thank you Dr. & staff
He wouldn't listen to me. I tried to tell him that a condition ran in my family and that's where my problems were from. I needed a different scan. I was forced to wait longer and now more damage is done and I'm now disabled.
