I came to Brian in January of 2016 having been diagnosed with Bi Polar Disorder. Since then I have become a strong, secure and happy person through self-observation and application of the principles Brian has taught me. He is bright and insightful and takes a very positive, strength-building approach toward dealing with the issues that have held me back in the past.
