Had an appointment after seeing regular doctor for severe knee pain. Appointment was rescheduled due to him not being able to make that appointment. Rescheduled for a later date, checked in 20 min early as your appointment will be cancelled if not checked in 15 minutes early, waited in the waiting room for approximately 5 minutes. Was put into an office where we sat for and hour to be seen. Asked the nurse how much longer as we have other appointments and they stated he always runs 20-30 minutes behind.
