I'd like to start off by giving thanks to Brian, because if we hadn't found him we probably wouldn't have won our case. Our case was a difficult one and although we thought it was a no brainer and that we would win the case, we quickly found out that our case wasn't as simple as we thought. For one cases like these generally tend to drag and although it felt like a drag to us, the resolution was much quicker than anticipated (only last 6 months compared to a year to two that was estimated in the beginning).
