My mom went to him for a Neuropathy referral. He came in the room, did not introduce himself, didn’t address us at all, seemed inconvenienced with our questions and was EXTREMELY rough with my mom. She was OBVIOUSLY in pain with his “examination”. Then he just said, “Yeah, it’s neuropathy.” When asked for the next step he told us to find that out from her GP. What was the point of even going to him? Waste of time and money!!! I wish zero stars was an option!!!
Dr O’ Shaughnessy and his staff are on point. The procedure is extremely uncomfortable and an absolute necessity to get the right diagnosis. His staff are professional and empathetic. Dr O’Shaughnessy delivers medical diagnosis w/ intelligent reverence and humorous distraction. He gives the same respect, that he asks his patients to have.
I went here as a referral very nice receptionist, nurse, and the Dr he was very kind listened and very fast and smart I liked how every one helped me get done what I needed and if you had questions or needed something they get right on it
