Doctor was pleasant enough, and advised me to send over forms for him to sign off on to return to MDOT. Now on day 7 after the forms have been sent with no signature or communication back from their office whatsoever, despite 3 messages sent directly through the patient portal. I can see they have been received, but no response, and the office staff can provide no updates.
