State Farm completely failed my 67-year-old mother when she needed them most. She came home to find her dishwasher actively leaking into her kitchen. State Farm instructed her to immediately call a mitigation company to dry everything out before an adjuster ever came. She did exactly what they told her to do. Agents are friendly and polite, but my auto insurance policy was dropped by this office after I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist (literally nothing I could have done to prevent this, in rush hour traffic), and a separate windshield claim. I became “uninsurable” by this office because of things outside of my control. When we discussed this, again, everyone was polite, but I’d rather have fair treatment than politeness.
Very happy with the rates and service we get at this SF location. Would highly recommend.
Guy charged my dead mom's account for months. Smh. What a piece of work! He thinks I care about money, but I don't. Stuff it. Her name was Rochelle Davis!!! From other reviews I question you're integrity. She died in a car accident and totaled her vehicle, but Brian thought she still needed insurance for some reason, and only contacted me after her payments didn't go through, months later even though I told them 3 days after the accident.
