UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT ABLE TO HAVE MY APPOINTMENT WITH DR. NICHOLAS. After waiting 3 months I received a call 3 days before that my appointment needed to be rescheduled on my voicemail. I tried calling several times but was unable to get anyone, just a heavy call volume message. I must have tried 10x. Later today, Friday before my Monday appointment, I get another voicemail confirming my appointment! This is unprofessional and a bit unnerving. It is a pleasure to be a patient of Dt Nicholas. From diagnosis to aftercare, the Dr explained and discussed most clearly and super patiently my situation. I would recommend him to family and close friends with great confidence.
This was my first time seeing Dr Nicholas. If I could give him more stars I would. He was thorough and extremely patient in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend him.
