Dr. Nicholas fully understands a deaf or hard of hearing person. He speaks directly to you. He enunciated every word slowly and clearly making it very easy for me to understand and read lips if necessary. He performed my Cochlear Implant surgery February 5th and very satisfied and I was there for my post op visit. He understood I was completely deaf in right ear due to the implant surgery and hard of hearing in left ear, but I felt extremely comfortable speaking with him and able to understand and hear everything. The new facility is extremely convenient and the reception area bright and welcoming. The staff at reception could not have been friendlier. Dr Nicholas and his PA are always informative, friendly, caring and patient. I feel fortunate to be in his care. J
