Great doctor. Horrible front desk staff, including poor phone manners. They need serious training.
I took my daughter to see Dr. Brian when she was 6 months old. From the moment he walked into the exam room he immediately saw that I was nervous and he took the time to explain every detail of his exam and what to expect. He took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me to make any decisions. He is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I will say the wait was long but it is definitely worth it to see such a compassionate doctor!
Dr. Brian Campolattro is a great and the best surgeon.
Seems like a good doctor but the last eight times when we were here, we had to wait hours and the staff is about as friendly every single time as prison staff. And what’s worse is it’s for kids so you have kids waiting two and three hours every single time. One time you could look over but every single time. Come on You can’t have rude staff and be very late every single time. Does the Dr read these reviews? You’re making more money by over booking but a lot of us are not coming back.
