If your houses are priced accurately and you have done your job as a realtor - Then Brian is the fairest, and most precise appraiser in the game. He is always quick and responsive with his appraisals, and getting back to you via phone. If we are ever in a jam, or have a question of how something should be valued, Brian is always very helpful with his guidance and direction.

HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Completely unprofessional, doesn’t return calls and lies so much that his office and himself can’t even keep up with all the lies. Do yourself a favor and go with anybody else but him.

This may be one of the worst appraisers in the area. He used homes for comps that weren’t even similar to our home, closed over a year ago, and in different towns when there were plenty of homes closer and more recent he could have used. The bank who hired him even thought the appraisal was severely inadequate and appealed it while providing several comps they believed to be more sensible but the appraiser refused to even consider them. This guy is horrific. Used the wrong comps, not even close to being accurate. A disaster. Go somewhere else, save yourself heartache and time.
