I had 2 new smoke alarms installed and was impressed by Brian and his apprentice who were punctual, polite, professional and tidy. Brian followed through in what he said he would do and was reasonably priced. This is why I chose to support Sole traders/family owned businesses over large companies that rip you off blindly.
We have used Brian Mills Electrical on numerous occasions in the past five years. He has always performed the work with the upmost professionalism - be it suggesting solutions to our requests, sourcing the appropriate electrical equipment, or quality installation. Where necessary, Brian has clearly explained the function or use of devices installed. Certificate of Compliance are sent within 24 hours.
I called Brian for the first time today, to ask for a repair to a broken sensor light. He answered straight away and came the same day to repair the light. Very good service.
The work was done promptly and well. On his own initiative, Brian checked our smoke detectors, found them to be out of date and replaced them. The bill for: "Supplied and fitted a new LED downlight, replacing an existing, faulty downlight.
