We moved to Kentucky from Florida in May of 21'. We chose to build with Brian Miller Contracting, as he was recommended by the community. The house we ended up choosing, already was structurally built, but we were able to customize the inside, including adding a fireplace. When we first moved in, we asked Brian about the movement of the floors, and he stated that we were not used to crawl spaces (as Florida had concrete foundations). The best house contractor in the state!
I can't recommend Brian highly enough. We couldn't be happier with the house he built for us, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was always available to talk with us during the building process which made it much less stressful for us. I would use him again.
