Had a visit with Dr. Nguyen he is such a caring and sweet doctor and I’m glad I found him, I was always scared to go to the doctor but he made me feel very comfortable and listened to all my concerns. Also, his nurse Brianna is wonderful she is the best at bloodwork I was always afraid of this too, and she made it such a painless experience and I’m so glad I found them both. I highly recommend them.

Terrible. You wait at least 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone. When you finally get them they tell you they’re short staffed. I waited over a month for an appointment, which was canceled the day of for an “emergency”. Rescheduled for a month later, because that’s the first available they had. The day of the new appointment got a call that my appointment was canceled yet again due to an “emergency”. Super frustrating. I had 2 issues with this office and there will not be a third. This Doctor was highly recommended and I was referred by another physician. The first initial appointment his incompetent staff would schedule me on the days Dr. Mignola would be in surgery. This would happen 2 times before the Office Manager stepped to work the issue out. The appointment was successful. A good start with the interaction with Dr. Mignola, he listened, showing he cared. Fast forward to today, I have a 1:30 appt arriving about 1:10.
