I am not a fan of Dr. Mignola. I found his exams to perfunctory and not very thorough. I actually stopped treating with him several years ago when I traveled almost 2 hours from my job in Manhattan for an appointment I booked several months in advance only to be told upon arrival that he had to leave early due to an emergency and that they had called me ahead of time to cancel but it actuality never did. Dr. Mignola is a great doctor, I have been a patient for 20ish years. That said, dealing with his office staff is still an utter nightmare 2 decades on. Every time I need a prescription filled, it takes at least 3 to 5 calls with their office and multiple screw ups on their part before I get even close to what I needed. Getting test results was like pulling teeth sometimes, if they didn't just outright lose my results, which happened frequently. Loved that this office had bloodwork in the facility however this is one of the worst doctor offices I’ve ever been to. They loose paperwork, they don’t ever call you with results, they tell you they call you and they do not. I went for bloodwork for pre surgery and they messed up my results and myself and the hospital called them multiple times about my results and every time they gave me a new result.
