Dr. Mignola is a great doctor, I have been a patient for 20ish years. That said, dealing with his office staff is still an utter nightmare 2 decades on. Every time I need a prescription filled, it takes at least 3 to 5 calls with their office and multiple screw ups on their part before I get even close to what I needed. Loved that this office had bloodwork in the facility however this is one of the worst doctor offices I’ve ever been to. They loose paperwork, they don’t ever call you with results, they tell you they call you and they do not. I went for bloodwork for pre surgery and they messed up my results and myself and the hospital called them multiple times about my results and every time they gave me a new result. Dr Mignola is the best around I’ve been seeming him for years and he’s worth the wait
Had a visit with Dr. Nguyen he is such a caring and sweet doctor and I’m glad I found him, I was always scared to go to the doctor but he made me feel very comfortable and listened to all my concerns. Also, his nurse Brianna is wonderful she is the best at bloodwork I was always afraid of this too, and she made it such a painless experience and I’m so glad I found them both. I highly recommend them.
