Very rude when I called in to the emergency line because I ran out of my refills of my anxiety medicine and forgot to call it in to my dr. He said to me “this line is for emergencies only” I said “I didn’t do this on purpose” I thanked him and he didn’t even say “you’re welcome “ he just said it was called in and hung up. Very ignorant.
