The worst business ever in my experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Jay Miller at Brain Mclean in Courtenay. We came in to pick up a new key fob, but our day started off rough our car wouldn’t turn on, the key got stuck, and we ended up having to call a tow truck. When we dropped it off at GM, Jay was ready to help right away. He not only managed to get our original key unstuck and program the new one, but he also figured out the real issue our battery needed replacing.
