Came here for a second opinion and explained the history of my hip pain and as soon as I said I’m hypermobile it was done he had already made up in his mind that there was nothing that could he could do” you’re just hypermobile I would suggest reaching out to your pcp and seeing about prescription muscle relaxers and NSAIDs” oh you mean the stuff that I’m already doing that’s in the very medical chart? It’s not normal for a hip to keep catching and be in pain! I would have felt better if he said it appears to be a hypermobil... read more

Trying to get through to talk to an actual human is almost impossible. Once you are able to talk to someone they are not medical professionals, they are like operators taking messages and passing them on. If they do get passed on, your lucky to EVER get a call back, a prescription filled, or a Dr or nurse actually taking the time to pick up the phone to call to see what the issue is. If you're a Dr you need to make sure you have time to give your patients the care they need. After all with the cost of Healthcare, the money y... read more

Dr Maddali is a kind man. He is skilled at reconstructive surgery post mastectomy & works well with other surgeons during this process. I went into surgery with confidence & calm because of Dr Maddali. That is the good news.Post surgery revealed how Plastic & Hand works. Very poorly. Dr M. delegates most post-surgery issues to physician assistants. At such a delicate time I found myself dealing with a wide variety of people who I'd never met. With some questions, I was sent further down the line to less than PA qualified sta... read more

I took my 8 year old to remove a growing deep blue nevus on an extremity. Dr Maddali was most compassionate and made her feel very safe and secure. Very kind and patient with both mother and child. We were back to see him for another similar procedure few years back and had the same lovely experience. I had multiple more involved procedures at Plastic and Hand later on, always the best experience with all providers I saw in the practice, despite difficult situations. Very grateful.

In the last 20 years I have had three doctors retire. I landed this time with Dr. Norris. I first needed to lower my blood pressure and she persisted to help me to an acceptable level for the first time in years. Recently, I had a cold that I couldn't shake. I called her and got in the next day even though she was working without her office mgr. She massaged my tightness from coughing and I left feeling much better. She is the real deal as healers go.

He is outstanding. I highly recommend him. He does great work and explains things in simple terms. Dr. Buchanan has increased the quality of my life a great deal. I can't thank him enough. It's been 7 years since the surgery and everything is going fine. I exercise a lot and get outside a good amount and that helps to keep a persons heart healthy. Thanks again Dr. Buchanan. I suffered a traumatic tibial plateau fracture and was referred to him due to the complexity of the repair. Though I am an active person, I'm 65 with osteopenia which didn't help. When I met him, he was personable, engaged in the discussion, and gave me the confidence I needed to believe in an eventual good outcome. I'm a veterinary medical professional, so I'm not used to the role of 'patient.' His team of nurses and anesthesiologists were highly professional and helpful. I'm on the mend, and I recommend this team highly an... read more
