I"ve had really great experience with this practice. Dr. Brian McDaniel honestly one of the best doctors I’ve seen—super easy to talk to and really takes the time to listen instead of making you feel rushed.
Visit with Dr. McDaniel went well as always. His assistant nurse was polite & knowledgeable. I was disappointed with the office staff woman who refused to print out my medication list at my request. They have accommodated that request in the past. She told me to look it up on my patient portal. It was similar to an encounter one might have with a disgruntled government employee. Perhaps this is the mentality of Baycare going forward.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Brian McDaniels at BayCare. I accompanied my father to his appointment to help translate and ensure he received appropriate care. Unfortunately, as soon as Dr. McDaniels entered the room, he was very confrontational and just kept drilling me about my behavior OVER THE PHONE (I have not once said aything to them in person).
