Dr. Mailey and his staff were nice. He listened and answered my questions. The only problem was that appoint was at 3 and I didn't get out until 5
Dr. Mailey and his PA, Zeina, are both great and provide excellent care. Unfortunately, the experience is often overshadowed by the long wait times. At nearly every appointment, I’ve had to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours which can be very frustrating. I’ve also had some disappointing experiences with the office staff. Whitney, the nurse, has come across as rude and unhelpful, and I often feel like she doesn’t genuinely care about assisting patients. Dr. Mailey is a fantastic surgeon. He made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He’s always available for questions if one should arise. Beth is also absolutely fantastic.
