Hand xray, took about 5 minutes. In and out.
Dr. Mailey is a fantastic surgeon. He made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He’s always available for questions if one should arise. Beth is also absolutely fantastic.
Even though it was serious it was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate their time and patience. Thank You to the whole team.
I waited an hour to be seen and then left without seeing Dr. Mailey. If he was running behind someone could have told me, instead I sat in the room with 0 interaction. My time is valuable too.
Dr. Mailey’s care was astonishingly stellar. Dr. Mailey was new to me, however, with his compassion and expertise, it was a rapport that felt like years. In addition, the staff at the outpatient surgery center were EXCELLENT and if I ever have to utilize the center again, I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything today!
