Great doctor/surgeon and even has an amazing team working with him as well the staff was friendly n very welcoming they are through with any concerns you have they address them immediately I loved everything about my surgery n the team that worked with me today DR. Mailey is the best hands down 🥰
One of most kind and caring Doctors. Dr. Mailey takes his time to listen to concerns and explains everything. He has a wonderful bedside manor and personality. Love him to death. I would highly recommend him. If I could give more stars I would.
Dr Mailey did my otoplasty today. Great bedside manner and known for his meticulous nature.
Dr. Mailey and his staff were nice. He listened and answered my questions. The only problem was that appoint was at 3 and I didn't get out until 5
Dr. Mailey and his PA, Zeina, are both great and provide excellent care. Unfortunately, the experience is often overshadowed by the long wait times. At nearly every appointment, I’ve had to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours which can be very frustrating. I’ve also had some disappointing experiences with the office staff. Whitney, the nurse, has come across as rude and unhelpful, and I often feel like she doesn’t genuinely care about assisting patients.
