Dr Showalter and his staff are absolutely amazing . I had to travel and every bit of it was worth it . 5 days post op and I couldn’t be happier with my results and recovery . I felt I was in good hands the whole time . Thank you all so much :)

I was referred to Dr. Showalter in June 2022 by my breast surgeon. She performed a mastectomy of my left breast late that month and during the same surgery Dr. Showalter inserted a tissue expander. In the months following, I saw him regularly as he monitored and filled the expander until I was ready for DIEP flap reconstruction.
