I totally understand when dealing with a public defender is basically a coin toss! But I didn’t think it would be this bad! Mr. Fallon has been very rude the two occasions I’ve spoken with him in the 6/7 months he has been assigned to the case (the defendant has spoken to him once). He has refused to correspond with the defendant, or those reaching out to him on the behalf of the defendant via phone, email or UNEXPECTED VISIT ( he slammed the door in my face). Good luck to anyone he represents in the future
