I find him very unprofessional. He doesn’t respond to either progressive’s or my emails. I have never had such a disappointment in service. As you should know, I too work in the insurance industry. It is not acceptable in the industry not to respond to a client or to advise via email and voicemail that you are unavailable. I may not have been a big client to him.
