After reading an online recommendation, I decided to contact Farm Bureau Insurance for a quote. I called and spoke to Donna Lane and asked if I could come to her office for a quote. She got me in immediately and talked to me about my needs, provided options, and made recommendations. Her quotes for both home and auto were significantly less than what I was paying. Donna’s follow up communications by phone, email and text made finalizing the policies quick and easy!
I had to finally leave Farm Bureau after 20 years as the homeowners insurance rate kept going up year after year even without ever filing a claim. I get it, rates go up. A competitors rate was $300 a year less for the exact same coverage, so I had to say goodbye. Overall, I was very happy with this agency but with lack of a better rate, I switched.
Called to complain about my rates going up and Donna was able to work with me and get my car bundled with my wife’s, saving us both a bunch without sacrificing any coverage.
Donna lane, went above and beyond to find me great rates with insuring my first ev vehicle. With a phone call away she was able to get me locked in and ready to get it over to the dealership. She was great with communication and with the busy schedule I have during the day she was very patient. Definitely would recommend giving her a ring to find out the best rates and save you some money
Donna was so helpful getting us the insurance we needed and helping out when we had questions!
