Policy renewal on a Saturday because you've unexpectedly bought a new car, who does this. Brian Lane Agency that's who. Shout out to Pam Satterly who answered my text message on a Saturday Morning and by Saturday afternoon my insurance policy was discontinued on my turned in truck and the new policy was in place. I deal with insurance companies on a daily basis, so I may have a unique perspective here. When I called this agency, Donna answered the phone almost instantly. This does not happen very often. I've been a customer of theirs for 30 yrs and there's a reason I've been with them that long, They are always very helpful and try to find ways to help me save money on my policies.
