My safety & healing was his utmost priority. I was required to fill out my through health history on line. Office staff called me prior to ask questions re: my online history as per Dr Lamberts questions. Day of appt doctor & staff took 45 mins to prep me for Surgery including additional X-rays, history & administration of local pain medications. During my molar extraction surgery two nurses assisted. I received a comprehensive consultation followed by a professional treatment of my issue. From first contact with Dr. Lambert's office until I walked out post-op, the entire experience was professional, caring and patient centered. I'm not sure why he has any negative reviews, I will say that he takes his time with each patient, his staff also takes their time to make sure that your experience is a comfortable one. Waisted a month of my time. Told me the earliest appointment was a month wait. I informed them of my insurance information. They didn't get it. Send me a long listed waver I called and asked about. Didn't answer question about waver. I said I'd get the information right away. Said I'd only have a consultation no work done. Which is a scam to get more money from insurance. When I said charge me twice. They said I don't want your business bye.
The office staff is nice, he is not. The patient ahead of me left with bloody gauze sticking out of her mouth. He didn't want to explain anything, could have cared less about the damaged discs in my neck (I have to be very careful about positioning which was mentioned ahead of time) and didn't feel the need to mention that he was going to place a big sponge on my tongue. Highly recommend. Had a wisdom tooth removed. Hope to never need an oral surgeon again but if I do I will call Dr. Lambert. His staff was pleasant as well.
Dr. Lambert office did not convey to me when I made my appointment for my son that this was ONLY for a consultation. I sent X-rays a month in advance of his appointment-they had no record of receiving them. When I called to speak with the staff they were RUDE and did not try to accommodate. I would never recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a professional team that treats their patients with dignity and respect of time. I don't believe they are use to interacting with professionals
Dr. Lambert and his staff are awesome! The office is very clean. You're walked through all of your options during your consultation. Dr. Lambert and his staff tell you what they are doing and the affect of it prior to doing so, this way your not confused as to what is going on. They also give you detailed after care intructions verbally and a pamphlet. I was nervous about my procedure but the staff was very comforting. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery.
