He's not only compassionate and kind, but he also educates you on the procedure he will perform in the office. He talks you through step by step on your situation. Really made us feel welcome and heard. I even felt a bit sick and he showed concern. I could right away feel and notice he has a heart of gold. The staff and nurse are all very lovely. Thank you !
