Always more interested in telling HIS stories than listening to what YOUR dental issues are! 😒 Will NOT recall 1 visit to the next what is going on with your teeth!!! 😬 Go to ANY other dentist!!!! Or even do NOT go to a dentist, he is THAT bad!!!
I have been trying for three weeks to have X-rays sent to new dentist ( relocated out of area). I can only leave a message and have not received a return phone call. New dentist had to repeat X-rays ( at my expense) due to non- response.
The receptionist management and communication need improvement. The staff handling appointments and inquiries are disorganized and not very helpful. The dentist is rough-handed during procedures and doesn’t come across as friendly, often talking more about himself than engaging with patients. However, the hygienists and techs do a good job and are professional.
