I have been trying for three weeks to have X-rays sent to new dentist ( relocated out of area). I can only leave a message and have not received a return phone call. New dentist had to repeat X-rays ( at my expense) due to non- response.
The receptionist management and communication need improvement. The staff handling appointments and inquiries are disorganized and not very helpful. The dentist is rough-handed during procedures and doesn’t come across as friendly, often talking more about himself than engaging with patients. However, the hygienists and techs do a good job and are professional.

Dr Klym is a wonderful dentist. He is compassionate, caring and does a great job. He has all the latest technology and makes you feel right at ease. The staff is also very helpful and go the extra mile. I know my dental needs are in good hands with Dr Klym and his staff. Thank you.
